Our team at Bio Hazard Plus is well-trained in dealing with rodent droppings clean up. We were dispatched to a home in Southern California that had a rodent problem; however, we were unaware of the magnitude of the problem until we did our onsite inspection. It was not a straightforward rodent droppings cleanup. It was a rodent infestation. The rodents had eaten through the beds, couches, fixtures, and walls. This was an extreme case. The customer had concerns that the rodents would eat through electrical wiring and the exterminator would not enter the home until our team cleared out the rodent droppings. This job turned into a hoarding clean out in addition to the rodent droppings clean up. It was a very challenging job since the rodents were still present while we completed the job; however, we were successful in completing both the hoarding cleanout and rodent droppings clean up. The customer was relieved and highly satisfied with our work.
